On Draught

Allagash Curieux -ME -11% -8oz -$8
Made by aging Allagash Tripel in Jim Beam bourbon barrels for eight weeks in cold cellars. The aged beer is then blended back with a portion of fresh Tripel. The resulting beer is soft with coconut and vanilla notes, with hints of bourbon.

Ommegang Rosetta –NY -5.6% -10oz -$6.5
Elegant fruit beer, matured on cherries, brewed exclusively for Brewery Ommegang by Liefmans, a sister brewery, in Belgium. A perfectly balanced blend of old (aged on cherries at least three years) and young Flemish brown ale (or oud bruin) with a lively and fruity kriek, or cherry beer.

Sierra Nevada Tropical Torpedo IPA -CA -6.7% -16oz -$6
Inspired by the island life, they created an IPA completely disconnected from the mainland. They used their one-of-a-kind Hop Torpedo to deliver an intense rush of hop flavor and the lush aromas of mango, papaya, and passionfruit with every sip.

Brewed to celebrate National IPA Day on August 3rd, Spanish Trampoline is tropical and dank with notes of passion fruit and mango.

Fat Head’s G’Suffa Oktoberfest -OH -5.7% -16oz -$6
This seasonal lager is masterfully brewed with imported German malts, giving this Fest Bier a chestnut red color and aromas of toasted grains with the crisp, crackery malt flavor balanced by imported Bavarian Noble hops. Smooth, highly drinkable and steeped in tradition.

This German-type hefeweizen sports spicy aromas -- clove, citrus -- along with some banana: all of it comes from the yeast.

Victory Prima Pils –PA –5.3% -16oz -$5.5
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

AleSmith Speedway Stout – CA – 12% - 10oz - $6
Chocolate and roasted malts dominate the flavor, supported by notes of dark fruit, toffee, and caramel. A healthy dose of locally-roasted coffee from Ryan Bros. Coffee, Inc.

Amber colored with a caramel malt backbone presenting an awesome toasty flavor, finishing with the slight sting of hops.

Kurant Cider “Bees” – PA – 5.3% - 12oz - $6
Off-dry cider sweetened with locally sourced, responsibly harvested honey. The honey comes through in the nose of the cider and continues all the way through to the finish. On top of the white wine like qualities of the cider, the honey adds a light floral character creating depth.

Old gold to bronze color. The ‘mother beer,’ used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, & to give them their unique & very distinctive taste. Rather sour with a bite like the best Brut Champagnes.

Saison Dupont -Belgium -6.5% -12.7oz -$15
Fine hops & well pronounced bitterness, dry & refreshing.

Rodenbach Classic Red -Belgium -5.2% -11.2oz -$8
Light-bodied, reddish-brown brew. Distinct sharp, fruity, sour & tart flavors.

Crisp, fresh, spicy & fruity. Deep gold color. Natural cloudiness with yeast drinking experience.

Dark ale brewed with currants & aged in cabernet sauvignon barrels.

Blonde Ale aged in used Chardonnay barrels from Sonoma County wineries. Aged 15 months with brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel.
